Episode 82: Randy Perkins

Randy Perkins from a very young age developed a fear of failure rooted in the fear of disappointing his parents. That fear lit the fire on his Drivenness, and that fire has been burning just as bright ever since. As a former athlete, he finds ways in not only his work life, but many other parts of his life, to compete in all things. Randy has been a serial entrepreneur and investor ever since and has found the joy in the keeping score, not just the processes.
