Today we dive into the clear and simple physiological definition of owning your power. As Driven individuals, our elephants tend to get reactive very quickly, and that drives our behavior. When something in the outer world is having an impact on your central nervous system, your power comes in being able to tolerate what's happening in your body, and not react impulsively. What you think and what you feel has zero impact on your life, it's what you DO that matters.
